Warranty period - 2 years warranty service
1. Before starting any repair, our center will notify the customer of the estimated repair cost and time (except for older product models). The repair process will officially begin only after receiving the customer's confirmation. Once the repair has started, the customer cannot cancel it. Additionally, in accordance with brand guidelines, replaced parts will not be returned.
2. During the warranty period, the warranty only covers faults that arise or are discovered within the warranty period and are not caused by human factors. Any issues resulting from human factors such as water damage, drops, impacts, rust, damage, or other accidents are not covered under the warranty. Exterior components are also not covered by the warranty.
3. For products repaired by our center on a paid basis, the warranty will be void if the movement is opened elsewhere during the warranty period. In such cases, our center will not handle any further issues related to the watch.
